Azure DevOps

This document details the process to integrate your Azure DevOps organization to AptEdge.

Create a Personal Access Token

1. Open the home page for the Azure DevOps organization you want to integrate
2. Click on the User settings icon on the top right of the screen

3. In the dropdown menu, click on Personal access tokens

   

4. Click on New Token
5. In the window that opens:
   • Enter the Name as AptEdge
   • Select Custom defined for Expiration (UTC) and the set the date 1 year (maximum possible) from now

   • Select Custom Defined under Scopes and select “Work Items - Read” and click on Create

     

6. Note the Organization Name and Copy the generated token and close the window by clicking on Close below

Connect to AptEdge

1. Log in to your AptEdge instance as an administrator.

2. Click the gear icon in the top navigation.

3. Select:

Admin Settings → Integrations

4. Find Azure Devops

5. Click Connect.

6. Enter the following information:

   Organization Name 

   Access Token
    

7. Click Authorize.

8. Verify: The connection is successful when the icon changes to a green checkmark.
